The Women Rights and Empowerment Committee continues to look into issues concerning global human trafficking, abuse and discrimination against women.

We are once again a supporting organisation for the Asia Women in Business Law Awards, organised by the Euromoney Legal Media Group, held on 9 November, 2017 at the JW Marriot, Hong Kong. The awards in 2017 supported the Women's Foundation, where all proceeds raised are contributed towards improving the lives of women and girls in Hong Kong. 

Recently, we also acted as supporting organisation for the Children Health Forum, which was held on 25 January 2018.  Our past presidents, Ms. Sylvia Siu and Ms. Sandy Wong were panel speakers at the forum.
