'Understand the White Paper Talk' - 30 June 2014

We participated in the talk organised by The Ladies’ Committee of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce. Speakers included Ms. Elsie Leung, GBM, JP, Deputy Director, HKSAR Basic Law Committee of Standing Committee of National People’s Congress at The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce.

We attended the talk organized by Hong Kong Federation of Women. The speaker for the event was Dr Rita Fan Hsu Lai Tai, GBM, GBS, JP at the Hong Kong Federation of Women venue.

Basic Law Quiz Competition during December 2014 - March 2015

We were also supporters of the Basic Law Quiz Competition that was held in Youth Square, Chai Wan. The aim of the competiton was to promote civic education and the Basic Law on a district level.

 

Symposium of the 25th Anniversary of the Promulgation of the Basic Law of the HKSAR - 4 April 2015

We also participated in the symposium organised by the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. Topics included "The Drafting, Constitutional Status and Implementation of the Basic Law", delivered by the Mr C.Y. Leung, "Relationship between the Central Authorities and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under the Basic Law" by Professor Wang Zhenmin from the Tsinghua University, as well as 'Opportunities between the "Two Systems” under “One Country'" by Mr Lam Tin-fuk, CEO of The Airport Authority Hong Kong.
