We visited the Shenzhen Institute of International Arbitration in Qianhai in early January 2015, organised by FIDA.
Consult group on Parental Responsibility Bill
We continued to monitor progress on the Parental Responsibility Bill. We set up a group comprising Angela Ho, Cecilia Liang, Elaine Chiu, Elizabeth Lim, Garf Chan, Janice Chew, Judy Ngan, Julianne Doe, Kitty Tsang, Maggie Tsui, Ming Lie, Sara Wong, Stella Cheng and Sandy Wong. We attended a briefing on 27 January 2016 arranged by Women’s Commission and sharing at Single Parents Association, and made submissions on the Bill.
Legal services training course at East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai
We attended a legal services training course at East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai for the Hong Kong legal profession (香港法律界人士5月上海自貿區法律服務華東政法大學研修班) (12-17 May 2016) organised by The Legal Department of The Liaison Office of The Central People’s Government in The Hong Kong SAR (香港中聯辦法律部).
